Booking & Cancellation Policy

The training course is to be paid in full at least 4 days before commencement of the training, unless prior arrangements have been made.
If a cancellation is made with more than 4 days notice, a full refund will be given, less an administration fee of $100.
If a cancellation is made with less than 4 working days notice, a 50% refund will be given.
Moving or rescheduling a booking with less than 4 days notice is deemed a cancellation.
If a course is started and not completed or the gearbox type is changed, the applicable course fee still applies.
